Refund & Cancellation

At Chessensei, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience for our students. However, if you are not satisfied with your course or if you need to cancel for any reason, we have a few options available to you.

Refund:

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the course, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.

If you request a refund after 7 days of purchasing the course, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of course material you have completed.

If you have completed more than 50% of the course, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a course, you can do so at any time by contacting our customer support team.

If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.

If you cancel your enrollment after the course start date, you will not receive a refund.
